We hold your email address and any information you choose to share with us via email.

Home Address/Delivery Addresses provided by you for contact via post and for order delivery purposes to fulfil your order.

Home/Mobile numbers provided by you for correspondence via telephone relating to orders or commissions in relation to illustration.

What we do with your information

We use the information you have provided to enable us to fulfil the product order you have placed with us or illustration project you have commissioned.

If you contact us with a question via email we will use this information to get back to you quickly and efficiently.

Unlimited retention period for information you have provided unless requested in writing.

Third Parties

We never share your information with any third party and we never sell or lease your personal information to any third party groups or marketing groups.

The only time information you have given us would ever be shared is if it was to comply with a court order or to protect the rights of Laura Barrett Illustration, or to refer illustration commissions to my agents at The Artworks Illustration Agency in the UK, or Mendola Art in the US, in which case I will inform you in writing via email.

Payment Information

We only take payment via BACS, Cheque or Cash . We do not have access to nor do we store any credit card or bank details.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure and will be held securely in accordance with GDPR.

We do not use any automated individual decision-making/profiling technology.
